How does LACROIX adapt its global network to meet its customers’ needs?

To meet growing demand in its domestic and international markets, LACROIX has developed an extensive industrial and logistics infrastructure.
LACROIX develops its activities Electronics and Environment locally in its 3 largest or highest-potential markets:
- France
- Germany (DACH)
- North America (USA & Mexico)
This presence is reflected in LACROIX’s physical presence through infrastructures and around 4,300 collaborators worldwide in 2024, as well as an active presence within local ecosystems.
Greater proximity to customers in our markets
In addition to our domestic markets, LACROIX deploys a combination of subsidiaries in adjacent markets to be as close as possible to our customers. This is notably the case in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Saudi Arabia and Singapore for our activity Environment.
LACROIX has the capacity to produce on 4 continents, thanks to industrial footprints that complement our domestic plants. The Kwidzyn New tab (Poland), Zriba New tab (Tunisia) and Juarez New tab (Mexico) plants, as well as the purchasing office based in Shenzhen New tab, provide an optimal compromise between competitiveness and continental supply chains.
The Channel Partner Program: a global distribution strategy
To go even further and develop our positive-impact activities, since 2020 our activity Environment has benefited from an international distribution strategy, enabling us to export our electronic equipment and industrial IoT solutions to more than 30 countries.
The Channel Partner Program is based on the selection, qualification and management of a network of some fifty LACROIX partners in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America and ASEAN.
The international development of our activity Environment represents a very strong potential, which we are tackling in a targeted way by prioritizing countries offering the most favorable ecosystems (…) We are continually strengthening our network of local expert partners.
