The first commitment of our strategy focus in priority on positive impact solutions and sustainable business models.
In this way, we aim to position ourself on the most buoyant markets, aligned with major environmental and socio-economic issues.
For our Electronics activity, impact as a strategic compass
We have created a tool called the Impact Score.
This tool is based on the European taxonomy, the latest IPCC report and ADEME’s Transitions 2050 scenarios. It enables us to classify our products according to their contribution to the ecological transition to guide our market choices.
Products are thus classified into 3 distinct categories.
To be considered as positive impact, a product must contribute to at least one the 6 environmental and social benefits, inspired by the European Taxonomy:
- Water
- Energy & decarbonisation
- Pollution
- Human & animal health and safety
- Biodiversity
- Circular economy & resource conservation

In 2024, the share of impact products in our revenue was 67%.
For the Electronics activity, the aim is to accelerate positive-impact businesses (predictive maintenance, LED headlights, heat pumps, air purifiers, …).
Our goal is to reach 80% of impact products in revenue by 2030
For our Environment activity, quantifiying the environmental benefits of our solutions
We know that 100% of our products and solutions are useful (water leak detection, reduced electricity consumption for lighting…) but we needed to quantify their impact.
For the Environment activity, our guidelines are:
- Focus on solutions that have the greatest impact when developing new offerings
- Maximize the impact of our installed base
So we developed a second tool our own in-depth quantification methodology, based on ADEME’s Empreinte Projet Footprint Method, to measure the net environmental benefits (GHG emissions avoided, energy and water saved…) of our equipment and industrial IoT solutions.

Through this tool, we have demonstrated the positive net impact of our products for different use cases such in Douai (France) and Eau du Bassin Rennais (France).
The impact calculations we have done on the two concrete cases around of the lighting (in Douai, France) and of the water (in Rennes basin, France), demonstrated that the energy savings generated by our solutions were over 40%.
In the coming months, we will quantify environmental benefits other use cases related to our Environment activity solutions: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, electrical networks, etc.
