At LACROIX, we are convinced that social progress and economic performance are inseparable.
We place human capital at the heart of our development project.
The world of work is evolving under the influence of societal and technological change, and the expectations of new generations joining the corporate world.
Supporting these changes is a major challenge and drives forward our actions in terms of attracting, developing and retaining our talents.
Because the commitment of our employees is the key to our success, we are committed to creating a working environment where each individual is valued, respected and encouraged to develop full potential.
Quality of life at LACROIX
Our Human Resources Policy is consistent with our CSR strategy of positive impact.
- LACROIX counts 4,300 employees on December 31, 2024
- 55% of the group’s employees are women,
- 84% work for the Electronics activity,
- 71.5% of the group’s employees work outside France
Since 2023, all LACROIX sites have been assessed to lead a continuous improvement process towards our commitment.
LACROIX participates every year to the survey Great Place To Work New tab, the benchmark label for quality of life at work.
A 360° assessment is carried out on criteria of respect, equity, compensation, training, diversity, and managerial practices.
53% of our sites are awarded the label, this represents 8 sites in France, Germany, Italy and Tunisia.

By 2030, our aim is to obtain the Great Place To Work label for 100% of our sites: a real challenge for industry.
Feminization of the management line
We are convinced that diversity is a lever for collective success, to cultivate new perspectives and innovative ideas in our business sectors.

At LACROIX, women represented 55% of the workforce in 2024, but only 36% held management positions.
The parity at COMEX is representative of that of the rest of the Group with 2 women out of 9 members. The Board of Directors, presents a level of parity at the target with 3 women out of 7 members permanent.
Our target for 2030 is to achieve a representation of 40% women in our managers.
Supported by a network of international ambassador employees, our internal Women at LACROIX program is based on three pillars:
- Encourage exchanges between women and encourage female representation to inspire them towards management positions
- Evolving our organizations to promote gender collaboration and address equality issues
- Working upstream to introduce young women to the world of industry and technology

In addition to this program, LACROIX is involved in several initiatives and partnerships, including:
- The #StOpE initiative New tab to combat ordinary sexism in the workplace.
- The network Elles bougent New tab, which actively encourages girls to pursue scientific and technical careers.
- The Industri’Elles initiative New tab, to mobilize men and women in industry to promote diversity in the industrial sector.

Committed Site Approach
The “Committed Site Approach” has been set up at each LACROIX sites to sustain existing initiatives and meet team expectations.
On each site, a CSR committee has created a charter with actions on all CSR topics: energy, waste, food, mobility, working conditions, etc.
Now, LACROIX has 14 committed sites and over 100 referral staff.
For example, we take action:
- At our Kwidzyn site in Poland, with the “School Close To Work” program in partnership with schools, local authorities and training organizations to promote our professions.
- In Zriba, Tunisia, we support the children’s garden and crèche located next to the LACROIX plant.
- In Rennes, France, we are also partner of the school Simplon, a school dedicated to Artificial Intelligence on the initiative of Microsoft and Simplon.
