The LACROIX Shareholders’ Club

The purpose of the LACROIX Shareholders’ Club, which is open to all shareholders holding one share or more, is to strengthen the proximity with the Company’s shareholders. The aim is to enable shareholders to learn more about the Company’s business and strategy by attending exclusive presentation meetings in the presence of the executives.

 

The LACROIX Shareholders’ Club allows you to:

  • Receive LACROIX financial information in real time: press releases, letters to shareholders, annual and half-yearly reports, etc.
  • Receive by email all the documentation related to the general meetings.
  • Have a privileged contact with the Company’s executives, during regular information meetings, intended to inform you about the company’s news, its results and the execution of its strategic roadmap.

LACROIX Shareholders’ Club rules
The Club is free and open to all shareholders holding at least one registered or bearer LACROIX share.

A proof of ownership provided by your financial intermediary must be sent to the Shareholder Relations Department when you register (or by email to clubactionnaires@lacroix.group or by mail to LACROIX – Shareholder Relations – 17 rue Océane, 44800 Saint-Herblain, France).
