Brice joined the city activity of LACROIX in 2016 with quite an atypical profile and a dual expertise in visual communication and sales, which allowed him to move forward within the company.

It was first as a set technician at the road signs BU that Brice first used his talents as a computer graphic designer.

Then in 2018, he expressed his wish to move towards a position more focused on sales (his core interest) and benefited from a comprehensive HR follow-up to meet his career ambition.


Now, Brice is a sales rep for Paris area. For his first steps in the field, he was also able to rely on the support of a supervisor as well as internal trainings provided by the marketing Dpt.

His advice? “Don’t be afraid to let people know you want to evolve, because it works as long as you express your desire.”
