    Launch of the Leadership 2025 strategic plan that sets the ambition of becoming an international market leader in IIoT solutions and electronic equipments for critical applications.

    LACROIX, a single brand for all the Group's activities. This unity highlights the synergies between the group's entities, which has been able to develop over the years thanks to a permanent capacity to innovate and a strong team spirit.

    LACROIX acquired the start-up eSoftThings to strengthen its positioning around IIoT and IA, two technologies with multiple industrial applications.

  • 2019

    The Group signs the acquisition of Smartnodes, a Belgium-based startup rewarded for its innovations in smart lighting systems. It strengthens the European position of LACROIX in the Smart Cities market.
